Guess What? I'm moving off of Blogger!

That's right!
You can now follow me at:
 http://2quilt-ornot-2quilt.com/.
The site is pretty much good to go. I want to update the logo and colors and some small functionalities... but in the end I think I have a winner.  And boy-o-boy is it exciting to see my little 2quilt or not 2quilt as it's proper URL or webaddress!

Purple and Orange Table Runner

I was determined to make these fabrics work together.

I considered it a mission.

I was not going to take 'no'
for an answer.
And, yes I believe I succeeded.
Like it?

Love it?

Buy it today at my ETSY store!
After all, Purple goes with everything :)

Red White and Blue Quilt update!

Thank you to Kireen for our first donation!

I worked on the quilt a bunch these past couple of days.  Still more to go,But so far it's looking rather fun!  I can just see it being used on a picnic or something to sit on or cuddle under when watching fireworks.  Or even draped across a table for a fun bbq buffet!
Interested?  Then click donate on the side bar and for every 3$ you donate to help us pay for my late grandmothers burial you will be given a random number and an opportunity to call this quilt yours!  Fanny would just love these colors and I am really enjoying making a quilt that so closely resembles the memorial quilt her friends and family have signed.   Which reminds me, anyone want to go to Ikea and pick me up some fabric I need ? :) ?

Red White and Blue Quilt Opportunity!

I am holding a raffle for a quilt I have in the works. The proceeds will be to help pay for my Grandmothers Funeral/burial in New York in the fall and to help family get to NY that live out of state  Entry's are 3$ each and the winner will be randomly chosen June 2nd at 10pm central time.  I will mail the quilt for free to the winner.  And don't forget, you can enter as many times as you want! For every 3$ you will get one entry.   Lastly I will update with more photos of the quilt as it is finished.

Here is a sneak peak of what the quilt will look like.  I've decided to use the same red/white/blue color scheme as I've done for the Memorial quilt.

To enter click the donate button at the end of this blog post or on the right side panel to the blog itself.  The widget will track who enters and for what amount for me.  Then check back for the winner June 3rd!

You can also buy a raffle ticket at my Kentuck table on May 21st. So mark your calendars!!! Kentuck a la cARTe fair in the Kentuck Courtyard of Wonders, May 21 from 12pm to 4pm. Please stop by!  Sorry can't do this at the fair!  BUT I will have some other exciting opportunities available. And ways to help with tornado relief, so stay tuned!

Lastly we are also working on a tornado raffle quilt so stay tuned for another opportunity!

update

Sorry for the lack of posting as of late.  We have been pretty busy here (see previous post) and very little quilting has been going on.   I did finally pull out my 'All Squared-Up' quilt that I started ever so long ago and redraw up the quilting pattern for it.  It is almost done which is great.  Here is my quilting pattern as a little sneak peak for you.  Don't worry it gives little away as to what the final product looks like :)
